The Social Gathering on Tuesday, March 25th was considered a smashing success, as Iberia Bank hosted a business social that brought in business owners in the area to meet and greet and discuss what they can do to improve the business outlook for the community and better engage the community in which they do business.
Iberia Bank branch manager Maria Botana pulled out all of the stops with great hors d’oeuvres, and drinks.
Special appearances included The President of Collier County and the State of Florida President to show their support of their interest in assisting the Golden Gate community to advance to a better future.
Russell Tuff, President of the Golden Gate Area Civic Association spoke about the past, the present and what the future can hold as we re-engage the business community into the community, since the local chamber of commerce merged with Naples Chamber last decade.
Maria Botana, Chairman of the Business Partner Committee for the Civic Association later provided a great list of areas to move the business community forward. She will mention those at the next Civic Association meeting in April.
