During our January 13 meeting, Commissioner Penny Taylor will be on-hand to outline the kind of affordable housing planned for the Golden Gate Golf Course property.
Thus far commissioners have approved 200-400 units of affordable housing for the property, this will give us a chance to hear more about our “new neighbors” and if the plans are a good fit for our community. Please attend and let other people know about this important opportunity to find out more about what is going to happen on our golf course.
General reports will be given as well as a welcome back to seasonal residents. Don’t miss the monthly SWELL PRIZE – you have to be present to win!
