Make a code complaint through
the Civic Association
Collier County Code Enforcement currently requires residents to submit name, address, phone number and email addess to make a code complaint. This information is public information and is provided to the owner of the property in question if they ask who turned in the complaint. The Association finds this policy dangerous and divisive, leading to retribution and possible violence between neighbors. To avoid this and still comply with county requirements, you may submit a complaint through the Civic Association using the form below.
IMPORTANT
When your complaint is submitted, there may be additional information needed for Code Enforcement to effectively take action. When this happens it is important that we are able to contact you to secure that information. Your name and contact information is for our use only. It will not be given to Code Enforcement and will not be included in the public record.
