The Golden Gate Task Force conducted a Pre-Hurricane Cleanup, June 20, at our drop off site at 4400 Golden Gate Pkwy. The Task Force Team agencies that participated were Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Collier County Code Enforcement, Collier County Public Utilities Division/Solid and Hazardous Waste Management, Golden Gate Civic Association, Collier County Sheriff’s Office Jail Weekender Program, Waste Management.
The Team collected drive up household hazardous waste, tires, furniture, metal products, yard waste, general debris from the community totaling 8.56 Tons / 17,120 lbs of debris! Congratulations to all participating agencies for their hard work and commitment to the Golden Gate Community!!!
